I was thinking this might be a memory issue so I am specifying "ulimit -s unlimited" in my .bashrc file.

Segmentation fault with I4DVAR
I am getting this error right at the first time step of a I4DVAR run. This is the first time I have run this case with version 930M. I am attaching my log, and .in files.
I was thinking this might be a memory issue so I am specifying "ulimit -s unlimited" in my .bashrc file.
