How to refine the mask of the small grid
Hello every one, I've been learning nesting recently and I have some questions about masking. When using nesting, I want a more realistic coastline in the small grid, can I refine the mask of the small grid which is made by coarse2fine.m? And if I can do this, I think the bathmetry of the small grid need further smooth, but this would cause inconsistency of the bathmetry at the edge of these two grids, could this cause blow-up?
