In the surface the salinity is normal but in the three last levels in the point of origin of the river the salinity is too high.
I tried with diferents salinitys and transports (negative and positive) and the problem is the same.
The model is shallow, the maximum depth in the lagoon is 3 m and the depth in the zone of river is 1 or 1.5 m. The levels in the model are five.
I don't know if the depth is a problem.
