unrealistic zeta for climatologist simulation

Hi all I have configured my model to see the climatological current, zeta and other properties in the Bay of Bengal region.
The zeta I am getting is completly unrealistic which is going upto -40 meter, even the variation in SST is wrong which is coming 18 celcius to 34 celcius which is completly wrong. I am unable to resolve this issue. Below is the link of my log file.
