I wanted to plot a vertical section of temperature overlain by the velocity of my data. I was wondering if someone can help me modify the wilkin roms_zview function to be able to do this. That is, plot the temperature profile overlain by vertical and longitudinal velocity vectors (instead of latitudinal and longitudinal velocities in roms_zview).
The reason for this is to observe any overturning feature in the velocity.
