How to add sst data to the model

hi everyone!
Has anybody known how to add SST to the model? I want to use my own dataset which have been downloaded from this site:http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/psd/thredds/ca ... talog.html
very very grateful if anyone can help me .

There's a QCORRECTION option, but you have to provide dQdSST along with your SST.
