ROMS output plotting problem

Dear all,

I have a very simple question about plotting ROMS output.

The vertical coordinate of output is based on s-coordinate, such as temp(ocean_time, s_rho, eta_rho, xi_rho), I want to plot it with a vertical coordinate as depth, how should I do this. By the way, I am using ncl as a tool.

Justin Small (jsmall@ucar.edu) has the tools for doing just that. I should get them out on github or something...
