How can I get the ROMS version 3.0 ?

You want this why?

The oldest ticket in the Trac system is for ROMS 3.1 from eight years ago. You can check out revision 4 to get ROMS/TOMS 2.2 or revision 8 to get ROMS/TOMS 2.3. Not sure when 3.0 came about.
