I am using the Roms_tools and the etopo1 topography data was needed. I download the etopo1 in netCDF format(ETOPO1_Bed_c_grd.gz) from NOAA and put it in the Roms_tools/Topo. The filename of ETOPO1_Bed_c_grd.gz was changed to etopo1.nc. But it could not work when i typed "make_gird", it showed the following questions: "Index exceeds martrix dimensions. Error in extractgridvectors (line 18) X{i}=varargin{i} (ind{:});" I don't konw how to deal with this problem. Thanks in advance for your help.
