BAD TERMINATION (inlet_test)

#1 Unread post by togye176 »

Dear Members,

I am testing inlet_test case on my workstation.
The compile seems to be done successfully. However, whenever I try to run the case, it is terminated as follows
Please someone help me solve this problem

Coupled Input File name = coupling_inlet_test.in

Re: BAD TERMINATION (inlet_test)

According to some replies for this problem, it seems to be due to the lack of physical memory.
I am trying to run this model both UNIX operated by university and my personal workstation.
And, this error appeared only at my workstation which has 16 cores and 32 GB RAM.

Is this capacity not sufficient to run the model?

That seems like a lot of memory. Do you have per process limits to how much of it you can use?

Thank you Kate,

But, I cannot understand what are you saying. How can I check it (sorry I am beginner for both ROM and Linux).

FYI, I attached 'ulimit' results
