i download roms_tools from AGRIF. Make_grid is ok, make_tide is ok(an alone nc), as well as make_NCEP. while, when I submit a task, it say Unable to get value for attribute:cycle_length in variable sms_time. I check NCEP2_Y2012M1.nc, it is cycle_length=ncdouble(0). My question is what the use of cycle_length is in roms.
