TS_FIXED is not compatible with diagnostic bio tracer output

I try turning both TS_FIXED and DIAGNOSTIC_UV(TS,BIO) on, ROMS did not write things like oxygen_xadv to the dia file. It work only when I disalbe TS_FIXED. Can this problem be solved?

You are the first person to ask for this functionality. You want to hold the T and S tracers fixed, yet advect the bio tracers? It seems to me that you should run TS_FIXED to get the U,V steady state, then use those fields in an OFFLINE_BIOLOGY mode. My branch has that option, but I don't know that it actually works since I haven't ever really used it.

My initial intention was to diagnose the role of 'stratification' in oxygen dynamic. TS_FIXED looked promising in the first place. It really disappoint me when I found out it FIX ALL TRACER...
I guess I need to find another work-around.
