This is a reminder that the 2012 ROMS/TOMS User Workshop abstract deadline is Friday, August 31, 2012. We need your abstracts by the deadline so we have enough time to create the programs and ship them to Brazil. Please check the
participants list to confirm that your abstract has been submitted. If your name has a red P or T next to it, we have not received your abstract or title. Many of you have entered only the title of your presentation but not the full abstract so please make sure we have your full abstract. Visit the registration page (you will be asked to log in) to submit or update your abstract.All US citizens holding a US passport are required to obtain a visa to enter Brazil. here. The workshop travel information page has a table listing visa exemptions as of July 20, 2011. If your country does not appear in the list, or even if it does, check with the Brazilian consulate in your country for visa requirements.
