error in initial file...

Dear friends,

I have a problem in initial forcing file. I created initial file using arango's matlab script, i.e. d_initial.m . The file is created, but it gives error while running the model. The log file is attached here.

any suggestion/solution how I can overcome this error.

So your initial file claims to have Vtransform of 0 while you told it you are using Vtransform of 2. 2 is the new recommended value, but wasn't available in the past. How old is your version of the matlab script and did you tell it you want Vtransform=2?

Hi kate,

Yes,I put Vtransform=2 and Vstretching=2 in the script. The version of script is 586. I also attached here the script for details.
I am using ROMS 3.4. My matlab version is R2008a.
