Adjusting channel depth in the Upwelling test case.

Hello,

I have been exploring the UPWELLING test case by changing the wind forcing, boundrary conditions EW to NS periodic and i tried to change the cannel depth to 350 m in the ana_grig.h. However, the change is not being registered i have build the application again with the changes for depth, but after the run the depth is still 150m.

Do i need to make changes in any other file than ana_grid.h?

Search on UPWELLING in ana_grid.h. You'll find a custom section setting the depth. You have to change it there, not where h0 is set.
