Grid lines orthogonal to the boundaries in SeaGrid?

#1 Unread post by crocomut »

Is it possible to have the grid lines orthogonal to the boundaries in SeaGrid? If so, how can I do that?

Thank you.

ROMS is expecting to run on an orthogonal grid. Therefore, line should be coming into the boundary at 90 degrees. if that's not happening in SeaGrid, you might not have the mex files working correctly.

The lines are not orthogonal to the boundaries. How can I debug the issue? Any tips?
