I'm a new romstools user, and I'm working on my pre-graduate investigation, which is Evaluation of ROMS in equatorial ocean between America coast and Galapagos Islands.
I'd like to know, if I'm correct in processing tools.
I want to run the model for all septembers-novembers-decembers- since 1999 to 2009. I've made(previously with respective change in romstools_param.m and roms_hindcast.in):
start
make_grid
make_OGCM
So, now I should run the run_roms.in or something else?
Does anybody know where can I get information about running roms for hindcast?
