netcdf o/p error

Dear frds,

I am running the model with dt=10s...it runs without blowing...but when i check the avg.nc file in matlab. then it can't store the fields.
so i am confused why it is not storing any field in avg file.

What did you ask it to save in the input file? In the old days, setting Hout(xx) to T would give you history and averages output. Now you need to set Aout(xx) to get averages output.
