Problems with the coastline in the gulf of Bothnia

Dear all!
Does somebody know how to get the data right? I mean I continuously-real-coastline??? Does anyone know who could I contact to fix this up???
I do need some help!!! need to do the bathymetry of the whole Baltic and I am having loads of troubles.
