If you are attending the workshop, please check the
participants list to be sure that your name is listed and that your name and affiliation are spelled correctly. If changes need to be made please email David Robertson (robertson@marine.rutgers.edu) so he can be sure the updates make it to the name tags and participant list that will appear in the program. If you would like to see exactly what your name tag will look like click here.The registration fee for the workshop will be 70 Euros and will be payable in cash. We are trying to make arrangements for paying by credit card as well. You will receive a receipt for accounting/reimbursement purposes. The registration fee will cover all workshop logistics and French catered lunch buffet for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday since places to eat are not easily accessible. We are planning to have 2 hour lunch breaks to allow time for posters, socializing and small group discussions. There will also be a reception dinner at cafe Le No Name on Monday evening.
Currently we have 20 people signed up for the hike in the Alps on Sunday. We will provide more information soon.
If you have not made your hotel reservations you should do so as soon as possible. It seems that there are some other activities going on in Grenoble on Monday and Tuesday because the hotels are filling up very quickly for those days.
