Hello everybody,
I am trying to get the tke and set the flag T for that in the .in file, see below. But the code is not writing this quantity, why could that be?

Hout(idDano) == T ! rho density anomaly

Which vertical mixing scheme are you using? This variable would only be active in the model for MY25 and/or GLS. You can check the code in wrt_his.F and wrt_his.f90 to see for sure.
