about boundary cdl files.....

Dear frds,

does anybody knows how the two boundary files viz. boundary1.cdl and boundary2.cdl is created.

You can create them in any number of ways. Perhaps you might find my powerpoint on NetCDF to be useful: netcdf.ppt

You do need a source of boundary fields from somewhere. We are currently working on python scripts to make boundary files from a ROMS run in a larger domain.
