INLINE_2DIO option

Hi all,
When I switch on INLINE_2DIO option the model output of u-momentum component was written in output netcdf file irregularly....May be some writing problem is there.

That rings a bell. I think I encountered a similar bug several months ago. It's been fixed since. Are you using the latest revision?

PS: I don't think there are many of us using INLINE_2DIO.
