horizontal viscosity/diffusivity

Hi, All:

It seems that ROMS uses constant horizontal viscosity/diffusion coefficients which can be scaled by grid size. I want to know if ROMS has Smagorinsky scheme?

I believe the answer is no. What is it you were looking for Smagorinsky to do for you?

I also have the Smagorinsky eddy viscosity/diffusivity on my wish list.

Kate, Thanks a lot. Because many models use the Smagorinsky scheme, I just want to know if ROMS has this ability.
