Confusion regarding model stability

Hello everyone. I have run the ROMS model for 15 years using daily climatological forcing files. The model is looking stable after a few years. But after the 8th year, the model loses heat over my study region (southeastern Arabian Sea). So my doubt is can I take the results of the 8th year as stable output, or should I run it for more years? And why the model is losing heat after 8 years. However, overall I am getting a good resemblance of model SST and observation in both the 8th and 15th years. For reference, I am attaching the SST figures (results of the 15th year) here. It will be very beneficial for me if you can resolve my doubts.
