I'm building the initial conditions to run the Bio Fennel Biogeochemical Model using Matlab (https://www.myroms.org/svn/src/matlab/initial/).
I've used correctly d_initial.m (which calls the function c_initial.m) to build temp and salt. However, I just couldn't figure out how c_biology.m works.
Can anyone help me with that? Is there some file analogous to d_initial.m to call c_biology.m or should I adapt my d_initial.m to build the N and C initialization files and then call c_biology.m?
