i am doing spinup of my model using 3hourly data,,after sime time its blowup,,please any body help me, here i mentioned my specifications..

please anybody help.. before that i trying with timestep 900sce, 600sec,,its also initially blowup,, if i using 200sec,, after some time steps it blow up,,,
