There are something wrong with the results. Help me, please!

The results computed by ROMS are compared with those by delft3d, as showed below.
There are something wrong with the results computed by ROMS. I can't tell why.
Does anybody have any advice or comments?

I've seen worse, much worse. What exactly are you doing?
