i don't know where, what CROAM shell download adress, method

I want coupled WRF-ROMS
so I read CROAM manual but

scp user@home.comp:~/Research/CROAM/020711_croam_scripts.tar ./

hostname error message "ssh: Could not resolve hostname home.comp: Name or service not known"

my e-mail adress is lhj4003@gmail.com

please give me or know source code or download method.
