calculate error

hi, everyone,

I have struggle of this problem so long,it is that the ocean temperature getting from model is inaccurate, my data is monthly mean.I have change forcing data source,or bulk option, and try kpp or MY2 mixing option, but the result from model is not much difference,As shown in the below:
Can you give me some advice?any! thank you very much!
