After successfully compiling the upwelling test case i got an executable file "oceanS".
However i get an error everytime i try running it.
This is the command i used to run the oceanS executable
./oceanS <ocean_upwelling.in

And this is the error i keep on getting

MOD_NCPARAM- Unable to open ...

I have been able to compile the upwelling test case and i had an executable called oceanM
But when i try to run it on a single processor i get the following error. And im also wondering why i am not getting the oceanS executable file.
Here is the error message i got

Hello. This is my first time using ROMS and ubuntu as well.
I have successfully downloaded the ROMS source code and i need help setting it up so as to run the upwelling test case.
