Hi,
Has anyone compiled ROMS on the NICS Kraken system ? Its a Cray system, part of XSEDE supercomputer clusters.

If so, would like to get the compiler options and netcdf options that were optimal on this machine.

Sorry for the late reply..I just saw your post. If the ROMS OA package also needs HDAT format, then I think, the ROMS OA package is better. From what I remember ( I had used it 4 years back) you do get matlab and other fortran codes which read netCDF data and convert them to HDAT format ...
