Grid rotation angle and diagnostics
Hi All, I have a question regarding the diagnostic terms from the ROMS outputs. Do we need to rotate the diagnostic terms (all 2D and 3D momentum terms and also temperature diagnostic terms (advection etc)) using grid rotation angle? I would be grateful for any suggestions in this regard Thanks in ...

Regarding Sea surface height in ROMS
Hi All,
I want to understand how sea surface elevation(zeta) is calculated in ROMS, I searched in the Wikiroms but did not get much information . I would be grateful if anybody can suggest that from where I can find these details.
Thanking you all in advance.

Hi Kate,
Thanks for your reply. I have one more question, what value I should choose for Tnudg (TNUDG) in days?. If I want to use the SCORRECTION. Thanks again for your support and time.

Re: Regarding salt flux parameterization
Hi Kate, I found from the ROMS wiki that the surface salt flux with the RELAXATION is calculated as follows, " F_mod(:,:) = - Tnudg(isalt) * Hz(:,:,N) * [S_mod(:,:,N) - SSS(:,:)] where Tnudg is a nudging time scale and Hz(:,:,N) is upper level thickness and Sea surface salinity (SSS) climatology ...

Re: Latteral boundary condition problem
Hi John,
I want to try giving daily boundary values of tracers (to try Nudging) from HYCOM in my model domain for inter-annual simulations. I would be grateful if you can share the matlab code (which you mentioned here)for handling the HYCOM data.
Thanks in advance.
