the depth of rho points for ROMS
Hi all, I calculated the depth of rho point for ROMS using "z=zlevs(h,zeta,theta_s,theta_b,hc,N,vtype);" But the result is not reasonable (shown as attached figure) that the numbers do not keep increasing from top (20th row) to bottom (1st row). Hi Kate, Thanks for your response. In my case, I apply periodic boundary condition on east-west boundary and wall on north I was trying the Radiation on south, but it was blowing up. Someone told me that for the south, I should apply Gradient on tangential velocities and Radiation on normal ...

I was using old version ROMS. There is no option of boundary condition for normal and tangential velocities. How can I know and setting these?
