Thanks! Thats more helpful than you might have thought since I have the compiled version of netcdf for a 32-bit windows machine (using ifort) from USGS woods hole. I'll give compiling it all in 32-bit a shot!

Has anyone compiled netcdf 3 or 4 for a 64-bit windows machine using cygwin with the intel fortran compiler and gcc??

Hi, I'm a very new ROMS user (just as of Monday!) so if this isn't the proper place to bring this up, I apologize. I believe there is a typo in the /ROMS/Nonlinear/diag.F file on line #191.
